We deliver BI solutions as a service, allowing retention of IP by our clients. This means we are able to utilise our skills as designers of bespoke Business Intelligence software, to deliver customised, targeted solutions for each of our many clients.

To date, we have delivered bespoke BI solutions to mainly NHS clients, across many areas of health informatics such as Commissioning, Primary Care and Mental Health.

We construct our solutions using Microsoft (and other) technologies, and adhere closely to the methods of Ralph Kimball for design and management of data warehouse and BI developments.

When we have completed development of the BI solution, we leverage this to facilitate data mining development, to enable predictive capability for our clients.

In our experience, BI is best delivered as a bespoke solution. Some software houses will endeavour to provide a "one size fits all model" but this, generally speaking, will only account for 80% of each organisation's requirements, even in subjects which appear to be totally generic.
